What the API sends

When it happens

The file is not a gzip of a pg_dump custom archive, or its size or checksum differs from the ones sent with the upload.

What to do

Make the dump with pg_dump --format=custom, gzip it, and upload it again with its exact size and SHA-256. See Databases.
