What the API sends

{"error":"no_plan","message":"This account has no plan to change."}

When it happens

astris billing portal or the billing portal call opens the page where you change or cancel a plan. The account has no plan, so there is nothing to change.

What to do

Choose a plan first on the Billing page of the Console. See Usage.
