Sign in and create a key

Create a key on the API keys page, then put it in place of PASTE_KEY_HERE. Do not commit a file that contains the key.

Set ASTRIS_API_KEY to the key. The file names that variable. It does not contain the key.

Install the Astris Skill

Claude Code

claude plugin marketplace add astris-labs/astris-skill
claude plugin install astris@astris

In a session, run /reload-plugins.

Cursor

Import the repository astris-labs/astris-skill in Customize with From GitHub Repository. Then install the plugin.

Install the Astris CLI

npm install --global @astris-labs/cli

The Astris CLI needs Node 22 or later.

astris login

astris login reads the key from standard input and saves it only after the API accepts it.
