When Astris had already started the change, the message is Astris cannot complete this request right now. Wait a moment, then try again. Both carry a retry-after header. A billing request can get the body {"error":"unavailable"} with no message.

When it happens

The platform that runs your apps failed several times in a row, so Astris stops new changes for a short time.

What to do

Wait for the time the retry-after header gives. If the message does not say that nothing was changed, read the status first, then send the request again.
